Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email from the courier company with a tracking number & delivery estimate.
All orders are shipped with the option to choose from signature on delivery or Authority to Leave – This gives the courier the right to leave your order somewhere safe on the premises if you are not home at time of delivery.
Can I Change My Address After My Order Is Placed?
Please note: any delivery addresses received incomplete on orders, will delay the dispatch time/delivery time.
As there is a small window between when you place your order and our shipping team picking & dispatching it, we are sometimes unable to change an address once the order has been placed. If you have received a tracking number already, we recommend giving your courier a call and asking them to redirect it!
International Customs & Duties Charges
Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. As the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and eKONIQ cannot be held responsible for any charges.
If you choose not to pay duties on import and your parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the parcel is received – You will be issued with a credit note for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid and an additional $15 CAD will be deducted to cover return shipping costs.
Can I Use Discount Codes During Sale Periods?
Discount codes are not valid during flash sale periods. This includes discount codes for first time purchases when you sign up to our mailing list.

What Is The Return Policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after
receiving your item to request a return. All accepted returns are FREE,
return postage will be paid by eKONIQ.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@ekoniq.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send
you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Have You Received My Return?
Although our orders go out quickly, it can take up to 14 days for returns to arrive at our warehouse depending on the service you use. Once we have received your return, we will process it within two business days. You will be notified via email when your return has been received and your store credit or refund has been issued.
Do You Restock Items That Have Sold Out?
Your best chance of copping and getting that W is to purchase items when they first drop!
We occasionally restock items but it is rare. If we restock an item it'll sometimes be a different color/variant.
